Question: How will participants know if their registration is successful?
Answer: After successful registration, a confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address within three working days. If you do not receive the notification within this period, please contact the organizer/event planner. Email: info@fmp.com.hk / WhatsApp: +852 5632 9329.

Question: If I am unable to attend after successful registration, can I request a refund?
Answer: No. Once the registration is accepted, the registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you have not collected the participant kit, please contact the organizer/event planner to arrange for collection.

Question: What are the eligibility requirements for registration?
Answer: The competition is open to individuals of any nationality aged 8 or above.

Question: Can I register multiple times?
Answer: No. Duplicate registrations for the same event will be counted as a single registration. Participants may only participate in each event once. Additional registration fees will not be refunded or transferred to other applicants or events.

Question: Will the event proceed in case of severe weather conditions?
Answer: If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a No. 8 typhoon signal or higher, or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal within 4 hours before the scheduled start time of the event, the event will be canceled or postponed. Please refer to the official event website for further updates.
